Evolve’s residential teen treatment offers adolescents (ages 12–17) a safe, structured, live-in environment with 24/7 professional support in small-scale settings. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan based on a comprehensive intake assessment. With round-the-clock supervision and high staff-to-client ratios, our program ensures both stability and personalized care to foster lasting behavioral change and healing.
Residential Treatment for Teens
Our PHP offers teens a structured, full-day therapeutic program, five days a week, designed for those who don’t require round-the-clock care. They return home each evening, creating a bridge between inpatient care and outpatient therapy with continuous clinical support. Our PHP allows teens to heal while staying connected to daily life and family.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Evolve’s IOP is a structured, after-school therapeutic program for teens that runs about three hours per session, four days a week—letting teens stay at home, keep up with school, and maintain family connections while getting the care they need. Designed for teens who need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require 24/7 supervision, the program creates a flexible yet intensive environment for healing and growth.

He mentioned the facility was really nice, plush and had a great vibe. We had some bad experience's at other facilities. So be aware of the common misleading centers! We teach teens practical skills to tolerate and manage stress, regulate difficult and uncomfortable emotions, and improve relationships with families and peers. At the residential level of care, counselors are available 24/7 for teens to receive in-the-moment, face-to-face support and skills coaching whenever the clients need it.
